I’m Adele Black, a Herbalist based in Banks Peninsula, New Zealand.

I help people restore balance and vitality through personalised herbal formulas, lifestyle guidance, and connection with the healing intelligence of nature.

I trained in Vitalist Herbalism through ongoing study, mentorship, and hands-on experience working with traditional plant medicine.

My practice is rooted in a lifelong passion for plants, cultivating, studying, and working closely with herbs on the land where I live. Growing and observing plants is an essential part of how I learn, listen, and deepen my understanding of herbal medicine.
